Stable Pressure

The variable frequency screw air compressor utilizes the stepless speed regulation feature of the frequency converter. Through the PID regulator inside the controller or frequency converter, it can start smoothly and respond quickly to situations with significant fluctuations in air consumption. Compared to the upper and lower limit switch control of fixed frequency operation, the stability of air pressure is exponentially improved.

Low Noise

· During stable operation, the operating frequency is lower than the fixed frequency, reducing mechanical noise and mechanical wear;

· If the fan is also driven by variable frequency, it can significantly reduce the noise during the operation of the air compressor.

Eliminate the Use of High Pressure for Low Pressure Requirements

The phenomenon of "using high pressure for low pressure requirements" is very wasteful, just like "using more than needed." Ordinary screw machines frequently load and unload at 6-8 bar, but only 6 bar is actually used. The frequent climb of the extra 2 bar causes the unit to consume an additional 14% (each 1 kg climb consumes about 7% more current).
